My Law Practice

Called to the Alberta bar in 2018, I am an experienced litigation lawyer with additional expertise in practice areas including condominium law, estate planning and administration, and corporate/commercial law.

  • General insurance litigation (e.g., coverage disputes, property loss and damage disputes, condominium disputes, and employment matters)
  • General business and commercial litigation (e.g., complex contractual disputes, construction disputes, and administrative law matters)

  • Estate planning, administration and litigation (e.g., prosecuting and defending family maintenance and support applications)
  • Adult guardianship and trusteeship matters

Outside the Office

Outside the office I enjoy cycling, concerts, movies, video games, dining out and spending time with family and friends.

I’m a personal injury lawyer based in Edmonton, and I’ve spent my career helping clients navigate the justice system during some of the most difficult moments in their lives. I bring a calm, thorough, and empathetic approach to every case, working with clients to make sure they feel supported and informed about the law and the legal process.

I’ve acted for both plaintiffs and defendants of personal injury claims before joining CAM LLP in October 2025 to represent injured people exclusively. In addition, I have experience acting as insurance defence counsel for school boards and condominium corporations. This has given me insight into how insurers think and act, the level of risk they are comfortable with, and how to work with impartial third parties, such as mediators, in resolving issues.

Over the years, I’ve represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta and have attended numerous questionings, mediations, and court hearings. I’m keenly aware of the stress that litigation can cause, so whenever possible, I look for efficient, negotiated solutions that recognize and prioritize my clients’ injuries, needs, and long-term goals. That said, I’m very comfortable in the courtroom, and if going to trial is the best way to get a fair result, I’ll be ready.

In addition to personal injury law, I also have experience with general litigation; condominium law; estate planning, administration and litigation; and adult guardianship and trusteeship matters.

I was called to the Alberta Bar in 2018 after earning my Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts from MacEwan University.

When you work with me, you can expect clear, honest communication and a legal strategy that reflects your best interests, whether that means negotiating a fair settlement or taking your case to court.
