I was in a crosswalk on my bike Nov 6, 2021 and was struck by a car resulting in a fracture. The driver was from out of town and he did not own the car. Judging from the revving sound of his engine I believe he was speeding.

During the past couple weeks I received a very satisfactory settlement. I feel that Warren Stengel (and his assistant Denise) did a first class job and their work was timely. The CAM office was very efficient. Warren selected very specialized and capable medical people to prepare our case. The 2nd one did an outstanding job of rounding up and reporting all the details under Warren’s leadership. Warren was knowledgeable and persistent; he offered excellent advice.

I will recommend Warren and his firm to anyone I encounter who has had an accident to pursue. I am not an easy person to satisfy, so my standard was high.
