September 16 2024

CAM LLP was delighted to welcome Carly Androschuk to the firm in July. Born and raised in Edmonton, Carly is a skilled litigation lawyer with over 10 years of experience in civil litigation and personal injury law. Her career spans representing plaintiffs and defending bodily injury claims as municipal in-house counsel and in private practice, giving her a well-rounded perspective on injury litigation.

Carly has successfully handled a wide range of legal matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, fatal injury claims, and complex contract disputes. In addition, Carly has represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta and appeared before the Edmonton Municipal Government Board and City Council.
Carly’s background in defence work provides valuable insight into opposing strategies that she leverages to secure the best possible outcomes for her clients. She also remains actively involved in the community, reflecting her strong commitment to her clients and the city she calls home.

As a seasoned litigation professional, Carly knows the importance of making sure her clients understand the legal issues involved in their cases. Like all of us at CAM LLP, she believes in providing education and information to people dealing with injuries to help alleviate the anxiety that often comes along with injury claims and legal disputes. That includes contributing to the firm’s personal injury blog on topics of interest to our clients. For example, see: What is my claim worth? Non-pecuniary damages and loss of opportunity.

Carly’s advocacy skills, compassionate approach, and strong commitment to delivering outstanding legal representation make her a valuable addition to our team. We are excited to have her join us as we continue our mission to protect the rights and secure fair compensation on behalf of seriously injured people.
